Our Human Resources department is responsible for recruitment, new member processing, and retention. The staff officer in charge of this department is our Flotilla Staff Officer for Human Resources (FSO-HR). He or she is appointed by the Flotilla's Commander and assures the members under his/her department carry out their functions.
